Walking the 630 miles of the South West Coast Path, end to end, in aid of Action Medical Research, Dorothy House and Rode Village Hall. I hope to complete it in 30 days starting April 6 2011, powered by pasties and bivvying-out most nights.

Trudge Top Ten - No 6 - Drugs
Around 4 Ibuprofen a day kept the knee pain to bearable levels. The real revelation was the Lanacane which cured my chafing 'issue' straight away and certainly did what it said on the box.
