Walking the 630 miles of the South West Coast Path, end to end, in aid of Action Medical Research, Dorothy House and Rode Village Hall. I hope to complete it in 30 days starting April 6 2011, powered by pasties and bivvying-out most nights.

I'm off!
I'm on my way, and what a beautiful day. Feeling fresh and raring to go (this may not last.)
Met Tim this morning getting himself ready for a long day walking to Ilfracombe. just want to wish him luck on his journey.
